Tulasi Ark can be used as a Anupan (Adjuvant), as below –
Adults: 10 ml, twice / thrice a day;
Children: 2.5 ml – 5 ml, twice / thrice a day.
Put the prescribed quantity of Tulasi Ark in 1 cup / glass of water and sip / drink.
