Dosage:

• वयस्क: 1 गोली दिन में 2–3 बार, भोजन के बाद (भरे पेट) पर्याप्त सादे पानी के साथ लें।
• बच्चे (6–9 वर्ष): ¼–½ गोली दिन में 2–3 बार, भोजन के बाद (भरे पेट) पर्याप्त सादे पानी के साथ लें।
अथवा योग्य आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक के निर्देशानुसार सेवन करें।

• Adults: Start 1 tablet, 3 times a day with water. Continue until you get the desired results. Thereafter, taper off the dose gradually.
• Children (6‐9): 1⁄4‐ 1⁄2 of the adult dose, in crushed form with honey, juice, milk.
Or, As directed by the Physician.
Precautions:

• थाइरिन टैबलेट हमेशा भोजन के बाद (भरे पेट) पर्याप्त सादे पानी के साथ लें।
• गर्भावस्था, स्तनपान तथा 6 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों में योग्य चिकित्सक की सलाह के बिना सेवन न करें।
• अम्लपित्त (Acid-peptic disorders) अथवा रक्तस्राव की प्रवृत्ति वाले व्यक्तियों में सावधानी रखें।
• रक्त को पतला करने वाली दवाओं (Anticoagulants) के साथ बिना चिकित्सकीय सलाह के सेवन न करें।
• लंबे समय तक सेवन करने पर चिकित्सक की सलाह अनुसार BT, CT एवं PT की समय-समय पर जाँच कराते रहें।
• यदि किसी प्रकार का असामान्य रक्तस्राव या अत्यधिक नील पड़ना दिखाई दे, तो सेवन बंद करें और तुरंत चिकित्सकीय सलाह लें।

• Avoid during pregnancy, children below 6 yrs, bleeding disorders, and along with anti‐coagulants.
• Regular blood test for BT, CT, PT is must for long‐term use.
• In case of signs of bleeding, stop the medicine and manage accordingly.
