Dosage:

Adults: 2 tabs 3 times a day, just after meals, Or as directed by the Physician. Maintain at the required dose. Taper off on improvement.
वयस्क: 2 गोलियाँ दिन में 3 बार, भोजन के तुरंत बाद लें अथवा अपने आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक के निर्देशानुसार सेवन करें। अपेक्षित लाभ मिलने पर मात्रा को धीरे-धीरे कम करके अनुरक्षण (Maintenance) मात्रा पर लिया जा सकता है।
Precautions:

• कार्टोजेन टैबलेट भोजन के बाद पानी के साथ लें।
• गर्भावस्था एवं स्तनपान के दौरान चिकित्सक की सलाह के बिना सेवन न करें।
• यदि आप किसी गंभीर बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं या नियमित दवाएँ ले रहे हैं, तो सेवन से पहले अपने चिकित्सक से सलाह लें।
• अनुशंसित मात्रा से अधिक सेवन न करें।
• बच्चों की पहुँच से दूर रखें।
• ठंडी एवं सूखी जगह पर रखें तथा सीधे धूप से बचाएँ।
