ASHWAGANDHA Churna

1. Usual dose of Dr.Vasishth's Ultra-fine Ashwagandha Churna for adults is 2-3 gm, 1-3 times a day. The dose in children should be one fourth to half of the adult dose.

2. Dr.Vasishth's Ultra-fine Ashwagandha Churna can be taken orally with plain water, milk, fruit juice, honey, etc.

3. For optimal benefits, use Dr.Vasishth's Ultra-fine Ashwagandha Churna one hour before or two hours after meals. After taking out the Churna, close the bottle tightly.

4. Unopened bottles of Dr.Vasishth's Ultra-fine Ashwagandha Churna can be used within two years of manufacturing. Opened bottle should be consumed in 15 days.
